Here at The Forest, we use a whole lotta web3 and NFT technology. Here is a quick overview of some of the platforms we use and why!
Thirdweb
We use Thirdweb to help set up our generative NFT collection and integrate the minting process with our website; in addition to other awesome features like split contracts, airdrops, etc.
Premint
We use Premint to collect and organize our member data for our whitelists. It allows us to easily pre-qualify members, link up their wallets, offer raffles, and more!
Opensea
Any new NFTs or Collections we publish with Thirdweb are automatically linked and listed on our Opensea account for public viewing.
WordPress
WordPress is the Content Management System (CMS) that we use to build and edit our website…and this blog you’re reading!
Sensei
Sensei is the Learning Management System (LMS) that is built into our website, where we host our videos, courses, quizzes, etc.
This is just barely scratching the surface of all of the tech we use to maintain The Forest.
In addition to these, we use Discord, Notion, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Canva, social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Spotify)…and that’s not even including all of our design-related software and tools, hosting services, WordPress plugins, web2 and web3 domain platforms, wallets, etc.
It just goes to show how much work, and organization, is required to launch a professional project. Thank god we have a big team.
We’ve learned a LOT in the process of figuring out each of these platforms. We’re in the process of making tutorials and courses on all of our tech, so you can learn along with us!
